    I have been having this weird problem with the hack machine.  
    
    After I get done my workout, the top of my traps are full of burst blood
    vessels, has anyone ever had this problem.  They are almost like blood
    blisters.  You can literally trace the shape of the pads on my traps. 
    I don't think these are harmful, just looks funny for a couple of days.

can't say as i recall ever haing that problem.  might want to relook at your 
positioning: maybe you're leaning too far forward putting an unneccesary stretch
on the traps causing them to "slide" with the movement [kind of like a rug 
burn].  then again: have you had your blood pressure checked lately, Brian?

    Speaking purely from a cosmetic perspective, some broken blood vessels
    can be permanent.  I have quite a few, and have had a cosmetic 
    procedure to remove them. I get them from repeated trauma (blocking
    kicks, quad machine rubbing on my knee, etc.). It's also hereditary
    (spider veins) in my family.
    Doesn't potassium contribute to vein wall strength? I seem to recall
    (it's way back there in the cobwebs) either potassium or magnesium or
    some mineral deficiency being the culprit???
