498.42New Canadian Regs OutSMURF::LIUMy Beer? Scudrunner Dark of courseMon Mar 03 1997 13:2312
US folks flying to Canada should be aware that the aviation
regs have been reorganized by Transport Canada (MOT). I had
a beer with the guy who heads the office of Transport Canada
that make the rules for airshows. All of the previous Air
Navigation Orders have been pulled together into one book
of regulations similar to what we have in the US (like
Part 91-eh). The content is not supposed to have changed,
but folks planning trips north might want to call or write
Transport Canada and get them. Not too many pages to read.
    Might save some heartburn.

    Y'all be carefull out there!
