	I'm looking for tires for my 90 Cherokee Larado. I've seen notes
	in here saying lt235x75x15's have been used. Two tire places I've
	checked have told me the max size is lt215's........

	What's the real story, I'd like to go to the 235's but don't what to
	do any other suspension or other work for them to fit right.

    The Laredo is similar to today's Cherokee sport (non-Grand), correct?
    225's come standard on most of them, though 215's are on some of the
    low-end.  I have 9.5x30" on mine.  No lift on mine.

    Chris,
         I have an '89 Jeep Cherokee Laredo it had 225's on it. I put 235's
    on it about 2 years ago. Didn't have to do anything to the supension
    and they fit with no problem. Have taken it of road hunting, fishing
    and canoeing with no rubbing or bottoming out.
