This Friday will be my last day with Digital..I will miss this file.. I wish you all the best.. I got my 15th Aniversary T/A with a 305 down to a best of 13.31..Hind sight tells me it would of been cheaper and easier to just put in a potent 350 but so much for that.. Finally got the 34 Vicky on the road (thanks a ton for all the info Skip, it is/was appreciated).. Got a new toy just a little while back (again thanks for the info Skip)..It is a 69 Mr. Norms GSS, a Dart with a 440 six pack..I haven't been able to really give it much yet, was a one owner..At least I will have something to tinker with.. Good luck to all of you, and thanks again for the joy of this file Jim

Godspeed, Jim. May your next worklife give you *at least* as many chances to work with interesting playtoys as this one has. Bruce

Bye Jim, I'll miss your contributions to this conference. I hope you find happiness in future pursuits. A *Dart* with a FOUR-FORTY *SIX-PAK*????? That's insanity.... Maybe you ought to take it to work Friday and blow a hellacious holeshot out of the parking lot. Now *that's* what I call an exit. Best of luck my friend, though we never did have those beers as planned.... Tom

I too will be departing on Friday, 8/5. Come September, I will be in full time pursuit of an MBA at Boston College which will *certainly* keep me busy for the next two years. My career at Digital has been enjoyable, due in great part to the friendships I have formed. Several of those friendships developed right in this conference. Bruce, Skip, Jim Koehler, John Manuele, Harry Hardman, the departed Jim Woyak, and many more. You guys are great! Here's to the future successes of Digital, and all of you. I'll be just a phone call away, should the occasion arise for a get-together, NED session, or you are ever in greater Boston looking for some companionship. I will probably have an internet address before long as well. Take care! Tom (508) 689-3098

It's my turn! My last day at DEC is Friday, April 21st. I have taken a new job for a little software house here in Seattle called Microsoft as a Sr. LAN Engineer for High Speed Networks. It will be a great challenge filled with unlimited opportunity for me. I will be on the internet and will let you know what my new address is. See you on the net. Don Berry |
