| Did anyone happen to catch "Chronicle" Monday night? They were
discussing places to live outside of Boston, and Boxborough was
supposed to be mentioned. Due to Town Meeting, both (!) VCRs were
already programmed for too many other things do we couldn't catch it.

| I didn't pay close attention to it, but I recall the median home price
was near $300,000, which surprised me (no offense intended).
I think the overall spin was positive, but I wasn't impressed with
their choice of homes.

You need to be careful about these median home sale prices. There has been a
lot of new development of expensive homes. The median sale price reflects what
actually sold, not the median value of all homes in the town.
