Only 27%? You're lucky. My valuation went up 34%, without a new pole
barn or anything else to base it on.

Sure wish my paycheck could reflect an increase of this size....
ain't done the math but the increase is in the $35K range. Which
puts their evaluation at some $28K more than the last real
estate agent I spoke with felt we could get out of the place. Nothing
new either, can't afford home improvements any longer.
So, I've decided that I'm gonna take their offer, since they seem
to think the place is worth so much more than the rest of the
world. Will that be cash, check or charge?
