    column.  Supposedly takes a 1/2 hr to fix.  Anyone know the history
    behind this?

The usual things I get in the mail are propaganda - look what new models
we are bringing out.

I have '96 club cab 2500, 4x4, heavy duty suspension, diesel.
You said '95 was in the recall, and another noter mentioned '97.
I fall in between, wonder what the recall specifics were.

    If I remember correctly only the 1500 is affected.  The 2500 probably
    already has the heavy duty steering linkage....
