	    I've been having problems with my shoulders for quite a few 
	years now.  I accidentally found that when I golf, the pain fades
	and even disappears.  When I thought about it, I realized that the
	stretching I do on the back swing and follow through seems to be 
	doing the trick.  This is for pain in the back of the shoulders.
	    It got so bad, it hurt to bench even half my max weight.  I
	had to give up lifting for several months.  Even then, I still had
	pain pretty much every day and something as simple as turning the
	steering wheel could flare it up.  Now I shadow golf before a work-
	out.  So far, so good... although it's only been a few weeks since
	I got "back on the horse."
	    Moral?  I guess I have to move down south where I can golf 
	year round.  8^)
