| This morning, Paul Harvey, a US radio newscaster with a sort of tabloid
style, referred to recent observations of gamma ray bursts (apparently
the visible-light bursts detected in February and early this month).
Then he added, rather startlingly, that the US government has been hiding
information about the bursts from the public, and at his noontime
broadcast today he was going to reveal details about them (presumably
including their source).
I wouldn't have expected even Paul Harvey to say something so
ridiculous and therefore encourage all the UFO believers and
self-proclaimed abductees and the Heaven's Gaters to continue their
rantings. But I could not get to hear Harvey's noon broadcast, so I
don't know what he said about the gamma ray bursts.
Did anyone else catch his broadcast?
