Does anybody know what Marshall Crenshaw records are available on CD? I've only seen "Mary Jane and 9 Others" on CD. Are the others (especially the first!) available anywhere?

I've been keeping my fingers crossed, but nothing so far. I haven't seen any evidence of a mid-low priced line of CDs from Warner Bros (a la CBS). If they ever do such a thing, I'd expect at least the first album, and perhaps "Downtown". Brian

There isn't any reason they shouldn't put all of Crenshaw's albums on CD. Hey, they did Dan Hicks and His Hot Licks. Dale

This is somewhat overdue, but several months ago, Warner released "Marshall Crenshaw" as part of their "Super Savers" mid-priced line. It sounds excellent, too, I might add! I'm still waiting for "Field Day" and "Downtown". |
