What about Tie a Yellow Ribbon? Pity it's got such a stigma attached,
clever lyrics and great chord progressions for a guitarist.

| One o' me all time favourite club songs of all time has got to
be "One day I'll fly away" or "Ha-one dayyyyy Ahh-ll Flayyyy
Awayay" in pub singer-ese. And another one that registers high
in the cabaret chart is Manilow's meister-piece, "Copacabana".
After me "Her name was Lola....."
Vince Acapulco
Pontins' top light entertainer,
Bognor.

| RE -1: or "Copabanana" as it used to affectionately be known .. however
I took this title to extremes and was nearly banned from hospital
radio for saying "and that was Barry Manilow copping his banana .."
