I don't see how it is against policy so long as the job postings are
not for obvious direct competitors and not obviously being made so the
poster can collect a bounty of some sort.
For neatness sake keep them all in a single note (this one).

Neither one of these applies. I'm a product manager who is dealing with this
company. Digital sells the company's product, so it is to Digital's benefit
to help them succeed with engineering of the product.
