| Norm, it's not your fault ... you can blame me ... my mortgage rate adjustment
is at the beginning of August ... and Mr Frogspawn, director of the Federal
Reserve Blood Bank, decided that Canadians residing in the US had to contribute
more to the US economy ... ie me ... so he pushed interest rates up so I'd
pay 6.25% instead of 4.25%
Of course the head of the Canadian branch of the Federal Reserve Blood Bank
just had to play follow the leader and not stand up to his boss.

| I'm not complaining about 6.25% ... I'm complaining (like anyone else would)
about a 2% increase ... it was 4.25%!
Rough isn't it ...
But I remember 10+% mortgages north of the border not so long ago!
