      A friend of mine and I are thinking of taking a trip up to
    Frobisher Bay (Baffin Island) this summer, just to be able to
    say we've been there.  We're probably only going to stay for
    a day or 2 before returning home.
    
      Has anybody ever been there?  We're looking for any info on 
    the expected climate, places to stay, availability of food,
    aviation fuel and even rental cars if they exist.   
    
      Any help would be appreciated.

	<<Well, at least it's easier to pronounce than Chibougamau ... Not anymore! Frobisher Bay was stampeded by a massive herd of rampant lemmings. The town was subsequently rebuilt and called 'Iqualuit', hopefully to confuse any returning gaggle of lemmings, thus causing them to search in vain but leaving Iqualuit spared from their thundering paws. Does anyone know what happened to the town that is now called Tuktoyatuk and what was it called before it met it's demise? Look before you leap, Cliff (no friend of lemmings)
