| We are running (trying to run) SLS T2.9 on an open vms 7.1 system.
Upon issuing the STORAGE STARTUP SYSTEM_BACKUP BETA_TEST_SBK.COM
command, the backup fails with the error

I don't get any errors of this type running TAPESTART.COM or running

| Copied another SBK file over from another system (known to work fine)
and got the same error. Safe to say the SBK file isn't the problem.

Try adding a SET VERIFY to the top of SLS$SYSTEM:OPSTART.COM and see if the
the offending command can be seen in the log file.

| Ran the backup again, and it failed with the same error. This time
the SLS$TAPMGROP.LOG file showed OPSTART.COM running but that error
did not show up in OPSTART. I'll try the same for SYSBAK.COM.
