the Canadian MCS policy. We indicate all non-PCBU product be returned
to the selling unit in the case of DOA's. PCBU product is handled
differently due to corporate inter-BU agreement.
Note this Canadian-only wording.

| Ask for a copy of your business' SLA with MCS.
NPB's states that it is responsible for DOAs; once a product is
installed and demonstrates functionality, MCS is responsible (but
that's a contractual thing NPB has with MCS).
