Hold it right there buddy. John "Johnny C Wad" Holmes had his
ups and downs, yes, but this guy swung a Harmon Killebrew sized
bat and knocked more quim out a the park than any a those
big-shot philosopher dudes.
And besides, did I say there was anything less than absolutely
perfectly correct and wonderful and celebratory about being like
that? [noIdidn't]

Anyway, I started riding horses when I was five, and rode off and
on till I was eight or so. I had a cousin who was a riding instructor
for a posh New England private school, so it was easy to learn.
Anyway, I was always afraid of them stepping on my feet.
Horses are magnificent animals (or are on my list of all-time magnificent
animals) and I've ridden a little over the past few years. Although to
be honest, there aren't many mounts that will willingly let a 245lb
guy ride them.
I guess I need to saddle up a Clydesdale....

Anyone have any idea why John "Sweet Boy" Cullen, at 5'8" tall, can't

to spend his evenings home with a copy of Keats or Shelley, instead of
