Subject: FY92 APPRECIATION                                           

    On behalf of the entire U.S. Team, I would like to thank each and every 
    U.S. Field employee for a tremendous effort during the recently 
    concluded fiscal year.  The amount of work that has been accomplished 
    by each of you during a very challenging year is something we can all 
    be proud of.  Your enthusiasm in the pursuit of our U.S. goal is 
    impressive and appreciated.
    
    While the final financial results are not yet available to share with 
    you, I wanted to take this opportunity to express my thanks for your 
    efforts.  The financial information will be available by the end of 
    July and will be communicated directly to you.
    
    In the coming weeks the U.S. Team will be communicating the messages 
    and information that will provide the operating plan for the U.S. for 
    FY93.  We are looking forward to your involvement, energy and 
    enthusiasm to this plan.
    
    Again, I want to congratulate and thank you on your contribution in 
    FY92 and I look forward to sharing a productive and successful FY93
