U.S. ACCOUNT WORKBENCH INTRODUCTION GUIDE
The purpose of this communication is to inform you that the U.S.
Account Workbench is available for access. All Account Managers and
Account Representatives can obtain access to this application
environment. Many Account Managers currently have access to this
Client/Server environment, we are now asking that all Account
Representatives also get themselves registered. The Account Workbench
menu and utility environment allows User to select those applications
/tools that are most commonly used to do their work. Following is a
list of the key contacts within your locations that can assist you
in completing the access registration requirements. Immediately
following registration process there is some additional training
information.
Please note: these procedures will not be the same in upcoming
months due to Data Center changes, we encourage early registration.
SSR: Southern States Region
ESR: Eastern States Region
WSR Western States Region
CSR: Central States Region
SCR: South Central Region
ECR: East Central Region

SSR Call IM&T Hotline @385-4349
Log a call requesting an AWB account.
ESR If you are in the Northern Sector:
Log in to local ALL-IN-1 system.
Fill out account request form under Business Applications.
Inter-office mail or fax form to Maria Karafelis.
Fax #221-5476.
If you are in the Southern Sector:
o If you have an account on SALESNY, type in AF, print out
the form and follow the instructions.
o If you do NOT have an account on SALESNY, go in to
All-in-1, go in to Word Processing, create a blank
document, type Gold G, put in VMS and for filename put in
ACCOUNT_FORM. Follow instructions on bottom of form.
o If you don't have an All-in-1 account, call the IM&T
Hotline at 237-3300 for an account request form.
CSR Log in to local All-in-1 system. Choose option HOTLINE
and log a call for the IM&T analyst, requesting an account.
An account form will be sent.
ECA Log in to local All-in-1 system. Choose option HOTLINE
and log a call for the IM&T analyst, requesting an account.
An account form will be sent, with instructions.
SCA Log in to local All-in-1 system. Choose option HOTLINE
and log a call for the IM&T analyst, requesting an account.
An account form will be sent, along with instructions.
WSR If you are in the Northern Sector:
Call the IM&T Hotline @521-3500 and request an account.
If you are in the Southern Sector:
Call the IM&T Hotline @537-7770 and request an account.
An Account on the Account Workbench is necessary for you to
access a variety of on-line tools. The recently announced Field
List Information Package (FLIP) is one of these.
In Mid-February we'll be sending you the following Guides:
o Account Workbench Introduction Guide
o Field List Information Package User Guide
If you already have an Account on the Workbench and would like
a copy of the FLIP User Guide BEFORE mid-February, send a ALL-IN-1
to Compass @OGO with your name, mail/stop, badge #, job code and
title.
Note: Other Account Team members may also obtain access to the
Account Workbench by contacting their local registration contacts.
