MANAGEMENT The January catalog is being distributed to management
DISTRIBUTION ONLY. However, ordering information is available in the
ONLY catalog for those individuals preferring their own copy.
PLPs The catalog is an effective tool in developing Personal
Learning Plans (PLPs).
Completion of PLPs is important for both the individual
and for the corporate resources responsible for the
delivery of training specified in th PLPs. Completed
PLPs help to ensure that business needs, functional
goals, and personal and professional goals of the
employee are met. PLPs assist in the proper scheduling
of training resources as well.
ON-LINE Plans are underway for an on-line catalog. The on-line
CATALOG catalog for the Account Selling and Service Delivery
teams, and IM&T Professionals is scheduled to be
piloted in Q4/FY92.
