| VAR's & Distributors with valid access numbers needing quotes should
call 800-DEC-SALE or 800-332-7253.
If you have a customer needing a quote for service call me at
dtn-343-1334 or if your in the CSC just dial 31334. I'll pass
the lead along and the customer should get a call in 3 days.

We, here at 1-800-digital have been told to sell services with new systems, and when
adding peripherals, etc. But that the MCS Sales Support line 1-800-289-9052 should
handle renewals, modifications to exisiting contracts, etc. Unfortunately this number
is not on our automated call transfer list, but the 800-354-9000 is, and apparently
someone looking for MCS spotted it and transfered a call to the wrong MCS number.
There is another note on this, 5202, and in it Octavio Diaz pointed out that AMCS
Sales and Marketing should have made the CSCs aware of this.
I have asked that this other MCS number be put on our list to facilitate transfers
of this type call to the right place.

about this issue.

Supplemental Services. A quick quote card is distributed with thew price
books.
While we still have supplemental services, we are focusing more on the
Digital Priority Service Plan (DPSP) also known internally as POPS (Point of
Product Sale services), is much easier to quote and more comprehensive. ESF
gets credit for DPSP revenue.

These responses apply to the US only.
The Americas MCS support lines are US only. In Canada there is
different number.
The Price Book Quick Quote cards are also US only. PSP (priority
Support Plan) does apply in Canada.

| to many numbers...customer should only have one number to call for
sales stuff...if addon S/W, H/W or Services...and be transfered to
the right place the first time and not be told to call xxx and be
bounced around all over the company....:-) IMHO
