Hi, A short question regarding warranty service. Customers that are farther than 160 km from the nearest Dec office, either get a longer response time for service or have to pay an uplift charge. Can anyone tell me where I can get something in writing that explains this policy and how to calculate the uplift ? If it's not in writing does anyone know the name of someone I can call ? Thank you for your help, Joe
