    and Alternative Work) to enable our employees to reach their full
    potential at work and in their personal goals.  We believe that when
    employees are performing to their full potential, the corporation will
    as well.
    
    In order to meet out business objectives we believe Digital must
    provide an environment in which an employee can join the company and,
    throughout his/her career, encounter systems that support and encourage

	Reminds me of David Stone (bless his soul!) at DECville (yes, I've been on that far away planet also) replying to a very senior customer. The customer stated that IT was not fundamental to his business. "Funny," remarked Dave, "I read the other day in your mission statement that your company should always be able to attract the brightest minds from universities. How do you plan to do that without utilizing IT?"
