Sorry, I don't understand this one. Are you implying there is
a 33% limit on the share scheme earnings? I can't find this
documented in the prospectus.

| not sure if this note fits here, it's about the remnents of DEC in
today's Digital.
I manage a major customer roll-out program in Asia/Pacific. My
customer is very market responsive and moves rapidly at opportunities
as they arise (something I spend LOTS of time explaining internally,
but that's not the point).
Unfortunately, we are not always able to predict/forecast their
equipment requirements accurately.
Recently we got caught with a major implementation project which
required over 100 LA75 printers. There were none (read 0) in stock and
a 4 month (read 160 day) lead time.
Customer wanted to start taking delivery immediately.
While working the materials issues with the appropriate people, I sent
an E-Mail to everyone in Australia for any LA75s that could be CC
Transferred, loaned, stolen . . .
The response was overwhelming. While I did stur up a fair number of
surplus equipment that was simply sitting in corners, I also had a LOT
of people offer to lend me their printer for a few weeks to get over
the lead time hump. "Sure, I use my printer. But your customer's need
is more important. Just make sure I get it back when you get the new
ones in."
DEC's not dead. You just have to look a little harder sometimes.
