LT is back in the headlines yesterday.  He pleaded guilty to charges of income
tax evasion.  Seems he failed to report about $40-50,000 in income from his
now-defunct restaurant, LTs, back in the early 90s.  He could be looking at jail
time.  It's likely, however, that he'll assist prosecutors in nailing an
ex-partner of his for a reduced sentence.

What is with LT? Seems like once a year he's getting his ass hauled into court
for something. Heck of way to stay in the limelight. I'd loose alot of respect
for him if he assists the prosecution. As the saying goes don't do the crime
if you can't pay the time. While I don't condon crimminal activity, I can't
stand people who rat to save their own hide.

It does sound like a pretty sleazy maneuver!  It's not clear to me whether LT is
getting the star treatment or has committed the lesser of the crimes the two
were involved in.

The judge seized his passport and LT is now subject to random drug tests.

Amazingly, LT claimed something like $1.29M in income the year he neglected to
mention the $0.05M.  That amount is a drop in the bucket to him!  I guess that
is like you or me forgetting to report a $10 winning at the slots.
