The picco puts out lots of power and is a screamer however it must be run with a pipe. To my knowledge it's porting supports running with a pipe. On a muffler it's a dog. Tom
1057.3 | If I had to choose I would choose a Picco again | MLNAD2::BSCROM | Wed Apr 04 1990 13:01 | 12
I don`t think Picco engines are dogs. I own a circuit car powered by a three year old picco and I am really enthusiastic about it. For this kind of race the Picco is actually the better considered in Italy (have you ever tried Picco F1 ?). Anybody tried different mixtures with this motor power? I would like to find the best compromise performances/life (I don`t use nitro-methane). Mauro. |
