Can anyone explain the following, I misses it when the consultant
explained.

"one or two small degenerative ulcers on the articular surface
of medial femoral condyl"

    " one or two small degenerative ulcers on the joint surface
    of the area towards the midline of the body (as opposed to lateral - 
    toward the outside) of the large upper leg bone's knob at the lower
