    This question is asked on behalf of a friend (unfortunately) He
    will hopefully be sailing in the ARC this November and would like
    to then cruise part of the East Coast of the USA. His boat is fully
    Lloyds registered but is unsure what documentation he requires (other
    than passport) for himself. He holds the RYA/DoT Yachtmaster ticket.
    
    Any ideas or where he could find out the info.
