The new, improved SAILING notes conference is now available for reading and
writing. However, STOP!
Read Notes 1 through 8, and especially Note 2. You will find some changes
described in these introductory notes. Additional tidying up and adding
keywords to existing note remains to be done. If you encounter any strange
problems, please send mail to the moderator.
