Wanted: Does anybody have an 8mm or super 8 film editor
that they would like to sell? I have some old film that
I'd like to have transferred to VHS but don't have
a way to preview it to pick out what I'd like.

Please let me know if you have one you'd like to sell
and how much you are asking.

    Thanks,
    Beth

10.4Learning Remote For SaleSMURF::SWARDCommon sense is not that commonWed Feb 26 1997 09:4818

    Denon RC-600

This is a real learning remote. That is, it learns from an existing
remotes. This was the only one I found back then who could handle
complex codes. The top has sections for amp/vcr/cd/tv etc. that can
be programmed. The size is about the same as a paperback. If you want
to get rid of the multitude of remotes that you have now, this one is
really neat and works really well.

Reason for selling? I bought a Marantz RC-2000....

Asking $50 + shipping if needed.

10.4Lexicon CP-1 Plus Surround sound processorSMURF::SWARDCommon sense is not that commonThu Apr 03 1997 14:2028

CP-1 Plus is an enviromental processor, fully digital with 24 user
registers. You have total control over delay time, balance, seating
position, ambience, bass split, crossover freq., speech detection,
liveness, room size, azimuth,etc...

The CP-1 plus has inputs for 2 sources and outputs for
front, side, rear, center, and subwoofer. The inputs you decide to use are
programmed in the setup mode and will steer the audio to your setup. You can
create a concert hall and choice where in the hall you want to sit by setting
listner position. The dolby pro logic is all digital and very quiet (has
dolby B).All programming is done by remote. This CP-1 will never be obsolete
with the software chip that can be upgraded as new versions are released. The
last version was released in 1993 which was the plus version. The plus added
additional control and a couple more effects. It came with a new overlay for
the remote. The programming very easy compared to the CP-3.

This unit retailed for $1600 new. For $450.00 + shipping its a bargain.
Complete with original box, manual and remote.

If you have an existing stereo system and a old spare receiver sitting around
with a couple of speakers, this is the absolute cheapest way to get into the
high end surround sound.
