I need recipe(s) for my cousin and my brother-in-law which are
gluten-free, anyone have any out there? It would really be a lot
of help. They both are celiacs and cannot have anything whatsoever
which has ever touched any gluten.
Thanks,
Don

Specifically, Concord Spice and Grain on Thoreau St. in Concord, Ma. has lots of gluten free stuff, both ready made (breads, cakes, etc.), and ingredients (flour). - JP | |||||

Does anyone have a good recipe for Gluten free bread?
A good friend of mine is Celiac which means he has an allergy to Gluten
which is found in normal bread and other wheat products.
To buy Gluten free bread in a health food store costs about $6.00 a
loaf.
Any other Gluten free recipes would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks...
