| They go great in sandwiches, grate some carrots, shred lettuce,
chop cucumber, slice red onion/spring onions. Mound layers of these
vegies on some nice bread like multi grain and you have a wonderful
sandwich.

| If you're not dieting, try them with avocado on multi-grain bread.
It's really good. If you want some protein with your fat, try
adding a slice of swiss. MMMMMM.

| You can also spread some hummus on some hearty bread and add sprouts
and tomato slices.

| My all-time favorite is cream cheese and crushed pineapple with
sprouts on multi-grain bread.
