| Well, "naught" takes me back to the second grade. That's what we
called the zero.
How about Jean-Paul Sartre's great philosophical work, "Being and
Naughtiness"?

| Speaking of "nothing" and "no thing":
1. A cream-cheese sandwich is better than nothing.
2. Nothing is better than eternal happiness.
Therefore
3. A cream-cheese sandwich is better than eternal happiness.
Wherein lies the error?

1032.4 | Just trying to be helpful | KERNEL::MORRIS | Which universe did you dial? | Tue Mar 23 1993 04:49 | 12 |
| The error is in the statement "A cream-cheese sandwich is better than
nothing".
If you wanted something to eat, a cream-cheese sandwich is as good as
nothing. :o)
How about the old advertising slogan (to close the infinite loop!):
"Nothing acts faster than Anadin".... so take nothing?
