     Have any of you word experts been following the discussions in the
     conferences NODEMO::MARKETING or CLT::VAXNOTES_WISHLIST?

     It seems there is an effort to put the Notes product on other than
     VAX platforms. In other words RISC, SUN, you name it... Open Notes.

     They are looking for a new name for Notes. Can't be VAX Notes and
     there are complaints about DECnotes!? Sounds good to me. That in turn
     got into a rat-hole about DEC<anything>.

     What do you think?

I once worked on a project in which a great deal of time was spent discussing
what should be the official name for the system we were designing.  One serious
suggestion, believe it or not, was "DECaid".  Thank God that one was shot down!
