| It's plain that he dosn't agree.
He is either too polite or frightened to come right out with it
and say in plain language that he thinks 'it' rubbish and that he
dosn't agree.
He says he, 'dosn't know if he would agree'. This says either,
he has yet to make his mind up ( in wich case he should have said
so) or that he does know but he believes there is an expectation
that he *should* agree but can't bring himself to say so for some
reason.
By-the-by: gobbledygook (sl) pompous nonsense - which describes
this response and most DECspeak rather accurately!

Hi all,
Just dropping you all line to say that the Reverse lat
facility is now in operation between Birmingham and Nottingham.
This may be accessed via c space NOT or NOTTS enabling two
links back.
The service which have temporally toke there place have been
moved to the FORT server instead now.
You will have noticed and will be pleased to here that i
will be placing two KILO Stream links to yourselfs and the comms
which are displace we be used for our friends down the FORT to give
a better service to them in general.
I apologise for any inconvenience this may of coursed of
the last few weeks.
