You say that you agree. With what? The phrase in question doesn't
say anything about anything, so how can you agree?

We should do the right thing and send this back to Euro_Forum where
it originated .

The PHILOSOPHY behind the phrase has been discussed many times
in many conferences. This is merely to talk about the WORDING
of one of the most popular phrases used to describe it.
re .1
I agree with the philosophy, but the slogan (Do the right thing)
says very little indeed.
Could anybody propose a better one ?

Is this retaliation for Euro_Forum sending topics to other conferences,
most recently being to JOYOFLEX?

| re .1 & .3
I'll gladly re-phrase it ...
Do the right thing for yourself
Do the right thing for the customer
Do the right thing for your manager
Do the right thing for Digital
Since many of these are conflicting, may I propose a new oxymoron:
Do the right thing

| Re .-1
By doing the right thing for the customer I hope I'm doing
the right thing for my manager, who makes sure we do
the right thing for Digital, which *hopefully* is
the right thing for myself?
I better check with my wife what's the right thing for me.
