Gardening, needlework, weight training, maybe cooking, and a

this society who are stressed out - I would like to help some
of them find satisfaction in doing one of these things, as a
springboard to finding satisfaction in the rest of their lives.

Where *were* you when we were looking for a lead vocalist (one
of my dreams for this band is to do "A Nightengale Sang in
Berkeley Square").
re: the original question
I consider myself to be truly blessed; I've been my dream (performing
musician) in the past and the current group could be the one that
"goes for it" (i.e. brings the original music into a reality you
can see in your local record/tape/CD store).
And I consider myself to be doubly blessed in that I'm getting a
"second chance": a number of years ago, a group I worked with blew
an opportunity for a contract with Columbia records; to think that
I/we might get another shot at the brass ring is almost more than
I can handle.

Back in 1980 I was out in Hollywood working in the film industry,

with one young child, and slightly less mobile than before.
