| Since I can't answer some questions, here are the folks that are set up
in the region to answer questions from the internet. You may want to
ask them here first though.

Again, these are names of NER members. If you're not from the New
England area, they may not be able to give you an answer that pertains

| As of a few years ago, you could even run in a regional PRO Rally without being
a 'full-time' SCCA member. You'd have to buy a temporary membership and license
for around $15, good for 3 days or something.
I don't believe you need to be an SCCA to run in a TSD rally, but you'll probably
have to pay $3-$5 more to enter. Same as autocross rules.

| I ran in one of NER's Rallys a few years ago before I had joined up.
No problem at that time.
