I don't know anything about any specific composite spoke wheel other
than "when they go out of true, that's it, they are out of true"
(as in can't be fixed.)

December '91? Well, those wheels are already obsolete then!
The NMR Unobtanium Spokeless Wheels (which use Nuclear Magnetic
Resonance to keep the bike suspended above the spinning rim)
will be here any day now. Best just wait on those... :-)
Seriously, I'll have a look for the issue, but know of no one
hereabouts with actual experience on them.
