They do all sorts of tests, only some of which make any sense. Read what they have to say, and then go to a dealer you trust, test ride some bikes, and make up your mind. --David | |||||

One of the major Problem with Consumer Report on Bike test is that they are testing 91/92 model bikes and when the report comes out it is in Nov or Dec of 1992. The new 1993 bike lines come out in September 1992a so a 1992 Specialize Crossroad is probably completely different from a 1993 so components changes almost even year these days. Go ride them and decide for yourselve. A bike is not like a car. Dave |
