On Thursday, July 20th from 11:30-1:00, in the Cauchy Conference Room
(ZK3-1/3A-A), Scott Biron from Portsmouth Sports Medicine will be conducting
a presentation on Heat Exposure and Fluid Intake. This is especially
important to those of us who are working or exercising outside during these
hot days.
Topics that will be discussed are fluid replacement (how much, how often and
what type) and the signs and symptoms of heat stroke. Bring your lunch and
your questions.
