1018.1 | some sample European rides | KUDZU::ELLIS | John Lee Ellis - assembly required | Mon Feb 27 1989 16:15 | 12 |
| Here are some of the longer European and British trips I've done:
Munich-to-Nice (890 miles, 9 days)
Britain End-to-End (1125 miles, 9 days)
Munich-Provence-Munich (17 days)
Munich-Tuscana-Munich (9 days)
I've always stayed in inns or B&B's and had quite good luck, on
the whole. If you have questions or would like to hear more,
just shout. Sounds like you (.-1) had a great time!

| Hmm. Munich to Valbonne. Does DEC pay the corporate mileage rate when
you go between European sites?

Alas, no, and I was somewhat disappointed that there were no showers
in the facilities when I reached VBO. As you can imagine, by then,
a shower would have come in handy. :-)
