Well mine doesn't!! Both my 360GLT or my wife's 340 are Rear Wheel Drive and
let me tell you that the traction on ice is awful.

| The "ex-daf" is 340/360, and is rwd. And yes, the traction is awful,
but anyway, 360 is fun to drive in winter; you can do "vatanen" all the
time and still you can control the car.
The newer dutch Volvo is 440/460/480 and is fwd.
The parts for the new 850 shall be made in Sweden but the construction
is made by the Dutch Volvo.

The engine in a 340 1500cc is the same as the Renault and to fit it in
all you need to do is change the sumps over to get it to fit in.

| Yes, and in 360 there is the B19; which is Volvo's 2 litres engine.
