Just in case you can't get the U.S. club address, you can try to
contact the MG Owners' Club at 2/4 Station Road, Swavesey, Cambs. Tel:
0954-31125 for help.

| I have been a RON of this file for some time and a MG owner for quite
a bit longer (25 years is what I admit to). Over the past 8 years I
have been a member of the Western New York Centre of MG Car Club and
even chairman of the club fo a couple of those years.
Over the last few months, there has been quite a bit of controversy
about the MG Car Club of the UK establishing a North America MG Car
Club. We have always been members of the world wide organization but
this new would be headquartered here in the US under the control of the
UK club. As I have previously stated, this has caused quite a stir
among the estlablished registers and centers on this side of the pond.
What I would like is to have any UK or mainland European members
contact me so that I may ask them some questions on the club in their
area. You can mail me at either address below.

| I'm a recent member of the North American MGA Register (NAMGAR) and have heard
the same type of concern about the MGCC opening a North American organization
which, they would like to be, a blanket organization over all of the separate MG
clubs already in existence.
If you have any good information, please send it to me also, or post it in this
forum.
