The Lombard RAC Rally has started, so this note is to discuss this
rally event.  The big one in the British rally year.  

How about the following questions:

	Will a Japanese car win this year?  

	Is the event less exciting without the old group B cars?

	Will a Britain come in the top 10?  

	Will Louise Aitken Walker come in the top 10?

	Why don't the BBC show more rally coverage at a more decent
	time?  (25 minutes at 00:35 is just too little, too late - I
	bought a VCR at the weekend just to have some clue about what's
	going on!)

	Why doesn't Rover (or whatever it's called today) sponser
	a rally team (the wimps)?
