	Hello,

	man dsecnd returns a  man page whith:

	DSECND(l)          LAPACK auxiliary routine (version 2.0)           DSECND(l)
	...
	DSECND - return the user time for a process in seconds

	This comes whith XMDMAN331.

	I don't find it in any library (libdxml.a.. using ar -w)

	Can someone explain me how to use it ?
