Someone in an earlier note mentioned mosquitos - are they really a
problem in the Caymans? We're thinking of going in April, but I don't
want to spend my vacation fighting off insects!

Mosquitos are not a problem in April. Grand Cayman does aerial spraying
regularly. Their rainy season might encourage more mosquitos than
other times of the year. I was there in April and don't think it rained
once.
