    My comments on the house location/area (I also live on Sarah Drive):
    
    I was a Framingham girl and was skeptical on my moving to "The City",
    but 3 years ago, I moved to a house on this street that we had built by
    another builder.  This is a very suburban area, but near all the urban
    things you want to be near in the city.  34 Sarah Drive is on a
    dead-end off a dead-end street.  In the sprintime, there are bunnies,
    fox and all the woodzy creature you may expect.  There are several
    acres of wooded hillside in back of this street referred to as Blueberry
    Hill for obvious reasons.  There is no traffic, and no noice at night
    except for at night you can hear the distant sounds from the Mass Pike
    and Rt 290.  The road abutts the Auburn line and the views on Sarah
    Drive of Auburn & Milbury are beautiful especially in the Fall.  You
    have distant views of a farm on one hillside and much closer are
    the hill side views of Pakachoag (sp?) Golf Course (less than a 1/2
    mile away from the house).  It is a very beautiful area.
    
    But for commuting & shopping access, it's a breeze!!!

    Worcester is public (free) 5 1/2 day sessions, with no switching back
    at the half year (unless you want to).  You attend either AM or PM
    sessions.  Kindergarten is full day in Worcester.  By state of the art,
    I mean heavy into computers for each classroom, plus a heavy
    loaded computer lab, video conference/teaching available and my son in
    kindergarten in another newly built elementary school has Spanish 5
    days a week, so the education levels in the elementary schools are
    great from my perspective as compared to Framingham, my only other
    reference.
    
    So the house is built wonderfully, the neighborhood is wonderful (as
    are the neighbors!!!!) and the location couldn't be more flexable.
