    Cottage 1: 2 bedrooms, livingroom, dinning room, bath and large screened-in 
    porch overlooking lake. Cable TV, fully furnished and applianced. $575
    per week. August 9-16, 23-30 & 30-Sept 6 are still available.
    
    Cottage 2: Large studio (aaprox. 400 sq ft). Fully furnished and
    applianced, cable TV and large sun deck. Sleeps 3-4. $375 per week.

    Both cottages have a private beach on a large, clean, fresh water lake
    and are close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike trail).

	Located in Eastham which is midway (23 miles) between Hyannis & 
	Provincetown at the "elbow" of the Cape.  This area of the Cape is 
        the least crowded and has the most beaches.   Both Bay side, 
 	(charactertistic calm warm water & large tide differences)  & Ocean 
	side (cold and strong surf) beaches are on this part of the Cape only 
	separated by about 1 1/2 miles.  

	This cottage is one of 15 sitting on 10 acres in a private community. 
	The knotty pine interior is clean & homey has 2 1/2 bedrooms,  full
	kitchen, dining , living room and a full bath.  The 1/2 bedroom is 
	really a large room, office, tv room with a futon queen size couch.  
	Two adults & four children can be accommodated.  The kitchen is 
	fully equipped and  has a microwave and toaster.  There is 17" 
	cable color TV and charcoal grill.  There is no dishwasher or phone. 

	The private community  includes a small paved road for small children
	to ride bikes, a pond, tennis court, laundry room & an inground pool. 

       	The cottage is near the famous bike trails set up from old 
	railroad lines on the cape.   Also within 1 mile is the National 
	Seashore, fresh water lakes, several different types of restaurants, 
	crafts shops, golf courses/driving range, miniature golf, 
	flea markets, Rock Harbor ocean trips, Wellfleet Drive-In and 
	Cinemas, and of course the ocean beaches.  

	Other local amenities nearby are: 3 Golf courses, health club, video
	arcade, miniature golf, supermarkets and churches. 

	Must bring own sheets, towels, pillows, sleeping bags and toiletries.
