Conference rdvax::grateful

It's been a long time since GRATEFUL has been cleaned/purged and squished.

I'm beginning that process today.  As always, information of historical
interest will be saved wherever possible (or easily discernible).  However, if
you put something you wanted to save into the Digressions note...well...tough
luck.

    dave, Please don't delete anything in the "show reviews" notes. 
    There are fantastic reviews in there that really make for good
    post-Jerry reading.

    In general, I only clean up things in the notes that are of transient
    interest.  Show reviews, etc. are DEFINITELY of historical interest!

Hi all;
there is a *chance* that my group will be sold to another
company outside of DEC.  at least this is what the rumor
mill is saying.  what does this mean?  well, it means that
the old grateful notes file will need a new home.  send me
mail if you can help out.
it is 70000 blocks (35 meg)
